The main frame
Vertical Center coiling and slitting machine, the unwinding and rewinding are respectively located on both sides of the machine. The wallboard is made of steel plate. After two tempering treatments, it is processed by machining center.
Unwinding
The unwinding part is a shaftless hydraulic part. The unwinding width is adjusted by a rack-type adjusting rod. The linear guide rails slide to make the operation more convenient and fast. Air Cone head design has 3-inch and 6-inch for option, it can adapt to different paper core inner diameter of the coil.
The unwinding tension is controlled automatically by servo motors and pressure sensor. The unwinding reel is installed with a rotary encoder to calculate the diameter of the unwinding reel and realize the alarm function of unwinding allowance.
The analog quantity corrector is used to correct the edge of the material or the printing line, the linear guide rail moves laterally, and the photoelectric device is equipped with electric fine-tuning function, which enables the machine to quickly adjust the tracking position of the photoelectric head and reduce the loss, to improve the efficiency of our customers.
The unwinding guide roller has a longitudinal deflection adjusting device, which enables the material to run in parallel with the guide roller to the greatest extent and ensures the precision and quality of the unwinding.
Traction
Traction roller is a rubber roller structure, using rubber roller as a pressure roller, to adapt to more different quality and performance of material slitting. Pressure roller pneumatic control, adjustable pressure, more reflects the operation of simple and fast.
Thinking about the use of the production unit technology, design to a number of automatic shutdown, cumulative meters function, more reflect the design of humanity.
Traction drive uses synchronous pulley to transfer Torque, which reduces the noise of the machine, improves the stability of the equipment and with the rotation of the imported bearing, extends the service life of the machine, and saves the cost for the customer.
Slitting
The slitting is carried out by changing the flat knife, the size of the slot roller is 2 * 1mm. According to different materials, the slitting mode can be selected by hanging slitting or knife slot slitting, so as to adapt to more kinds of materials, the standard equipment of flat knife is 8 sets.
Rewinding
The rewinding mode is up and down 2-axis rewinding, the rewinding shaft is standard equipped with 3-inch pneumatic slip differential shaft, the rewinding shaft power is directly driven by motor, the rewinding friction is controlled by electric proportional valve, and the tension is taper tension, the taper value can be set according to different material properties to achieve the best winding quality.
Rewinding press roller
6The pressure roller is back pressure roller; the pressure is automatically controlled by electric proportional valve. It can set different pressure according to different material needs.
Automatic discharge
Equipped with automatic discharge function, using the cylinder to push the cut products to discharge arm, reduce the intensity of human operation.
Edge recovery
Equipped with a blow device or stripping rewinding (optional), when the edge material from the cutting knife after separation suction pipe from the machine to separate the edge material from the machine outside.
Electric parts
Drive integrated control, servo motor driven, CCD probe control.
Driver integration to achieve accurate and stable control functions, real-color touch screen makes the image display simple and beautiful. Interactive parameter setting environment, can start work without complicated settings, users only need to input the thickness, width, density, diameter and speed of raw materials before starting, the next work is all automatically calculated by the computer.
