A:Our company has established in 1986, we have more than 35years’ experience in flexible packaging, and also the first one to make roll die cutting machine in China.

A:We have a professional R&D teams who are committed to improve the machine for the customers and we have our own system programmers for our own machine running.

What is the machine delivery time? How is the packaging?

A:Generally speaking, the machine could be shipped out with 25-35 days after confirming everything. The machine will be packed by flexible packaging with non-fumigation wooden underframe.

How about the guarantee of the machine?

A:We provide 1 year warranty for the machine; we can supply the spare parts for free if the machine is damaged by the machine-self. After one year, the damaged parts and accessories will be paid at the cost price.

What are the payment items you can accept?

A:Normally, we accept TT, 30% as deposit,70% should be paid before shipping. And we also accept LC.

How is the after-sale service?

A:We have strong after-sale team who are all with rich experience, we can solve most of the problems online, but if you need on-site assistance, we will arrange the engineers to the customer’s, and all the costs should be paid by the customer himself.

Where is the factory located?

A:We are located in Gexiang New District, Ruian City, which is about 40mins to Wenzhou International airport, and 30 mins to Ruian Train station.
